Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A 24-hour notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-call, no-shows, will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

I understand that life happens - illness, emergencies, or unexpected weather can come up. If something unavoidable prevents you from making your appointment, please reach out as soon as possible and I’ll always do my best to be understanding.
